What's the Difference Between OEM and ODM?
OEM (private label): you pick an existing product from the factory catalog and it's produced with your logo and packaging. Fastest and cheapest route.
ODM (design & manufacture): you bring a new idea or design and the factory develops and produces it exclusively for you. It requires custom molds and higher investment, but gives you a product your competitors don't have.
Steps to Launch Your Private Label
- Product selection: we shortlist trending, high-margin products from our factory network.
- Design & packaging: a design team prepares your logo and box in your market's language.
- The golden sample: an approved sample becomes the quality reference for the entire production run.
- Production & inspection: line monitoring and AQL random inspection.
- Shipping: from the factory gate to your warehouse door.
What Quantity Do You Need to Start?
Most factories accept a MOQ starting at 500–1,000 pieces for OEM. Our long factory relationships often let us negotiate lower quantities for new clients.
