Verifying a Chinese toy factory means checking its business licence and export rights, confirming that it actually manufactures rather than trades, reviewing test reports for your target market, and inspecting the production lines in person. Every new supplier is visited by our team before an order is placed.

A sourcing agent is your own representative inside China: it finds the factories, negotiates in Chinese, controls quality, consolidates cargo and manages shipping on your behalf. Working with an agent means you deal with one accountable contact instead of a dozen suppliers, and you buy at real factory prices rather than through a trading company. The certification depends on the destination market: GSO standards with SASO and SABER registration for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, CE marking with the EN71 toy safety standard for Europe, and ASTM F963 for the United States. We arrange manufacturing and laboratory testing so the goods meet the standard your customs authority requires, and supply the certificates and test reports together with the shipping documents. There is no single fixed minimum: the MOQ depends on the item, the factory, and whether you need custom packaging or your own brand. We work with a flexible MOQ adapted to each buyer's needs, and we can combine several products or several factories into one order to reach a workable quantity. For a small first order, multi-factory consolidation is usually the most economical route.

Payment is structured in two stages: a deposit to start production, and the balance after the final quality inspection has been passed and before the goods are shipped. This protects you, because the remaining amount is released only once the goods have been checked against the approved golden sample. The exact terms are confirmed in the written quotation before any order is placed.

Total lead time has three parts: sample approval, factory production, and sea or air transit to your port. How long each part takes depends on the product, the order quantity, your custom packaging and the season — Chinese New Year and the peak export months are the busiest — so we confirm a production and shipping schedule in writing with every order before the deposit is paid. Air freight shortens transit considerably when you need goods quickly, while sea freight remains the standard choice for volume.

With OEM you supply the design and specification and the factory manufactures the product to your drawings; with ODM you start from an existing factory design and adapt it with your brand, packaging and language. ODM is faster and cheaper because the moulds already exist, while OEM gives you a product nobody else can sell. We offer both under our OEM/ODM private-label service, including logo, retail packaging in your market's language and your own moulds.

FCL means you book a full container for your goods alone; LCL means your cargo shares a container with other shippers and you pay only for the space you use. FCL is cheaper per unit and safer in handling once you have enough volume to fill a container, while LCL suits smaller or trial orders. When your quantity falls between the two, we consolidate goods from several factories in our warehouse so you can still ship a full container.

Inspection runs in three stages: approval of a golden sample before mass production, a during-production check (DUPRO) while the line is running, and a final random inspection of the finished goods to the AQL 2.5 standard. Inspectors check function, safety, packaging, labelling and carton markings, and you receive a photo report before the balance payment falls due. Goods are shipped only after the final inspection has been passed.

Standard customs clearance requires the commercial invoice, the packing list, the bill of lading or air waybill, and the certificate of origin. Depending on the destination you may also need conformity certificates — SABER/SASO for Saudi Arabia, CE and EN71 for Europe, ASTM F963 for the United States — plus test reports from an accredited laboratory. We prepare and check the complete document set for every shipment so your goods are not held at the port.
